My wife and I took my parents on a day trip to Truro, Nova Scotia 🇨🇦, one hour outside of Halifax. With the temperature hovering around 28°C, we took advantage of the weather by visiting the beautiful Victoria Park. And of course, before heading home, there was the obligatory stop for ice cream. The view is breathtaking and inspiring, especially as you sit upon the weathered rocks—massive mounds of granite—carved, smoothed, and etched over thousands of years due to glacier retreat and the relentless pounding of the ocean waves.
