Commander Jammer is the commanding officer of the 357th battalion of the GAR. He works alongside General Y/N of the Jedi Order.

Jammer is very protective of Y/N. He is more loyal to her than anyone else, even the Republic.

Many troopers joke about him being Y/N’s guard dog or bodyguard, though they protect each other on the battlefield equally.

He’s very decisive and doesn’t like long, drawn out discussions that accomplish nothing. He also doesn’t like insubordination. Shinies learn very quickly that when Jammer says no, he means it. No arguments allowed.

He meditates with Y/N every morning. None of the other troopers know why. It’s his coping mechanism for everything he’s been through.

He claims the scar on his face is from a gundark he encountered with you early in his service. It’s really from an escape after a mission gone wrong.

You and Jammer went to provide aid to a planet that was then invaded by the Separatists, who took the two of you and your fifteen men captive. By the time Plo Koon and his men could rescue you, the fifteen others were dead and you were so delirious that you attacked Jammer when he tried to get you out. It’s so fuzzy for you that you don’t remember. Wolffe and Plo Koon are the only ones who know, but they all put together a story of running into a gundark on the way out.

He hates going to 79’s and avoids it whenever possible. The rest of the 357th likes it there, but they can never convince their commander to come with them.

He considers it a great honor to carry your lightsaber with him. It shows that you trust him not only to keep it safe, but also to always be right where you need him to be.

He has, on some rare occasions, wielded your saber himself to help you in a tight spot. None of the other troopers have seen it except for Bex and Thello. When they know no one else is around, they refer to him as the Jedi Clone, but they make sure nobody knows about it.

He doesn’t like working with any of the other battalions, but the 104th is the most tolerable because he gets along with Wolffe and you’re good friends with Plo Koon. Wolffe is probably the person he’s closest with after you, Bex, and Thello.

His armor is painted gray and dark blue. It’s miserable on hot planets like Tatooine, but he’ll never admit it to anyone but you.

He only had white armor for a few months after being assigned to your command. He painted it the same shade of blue as your lightsaber after a grueling mission when the two of you truly connected for the first time trying to save each other’s lives.

The gray came when he got caught in an explosion that burned his armor. Once he got back to Kamino to make sure he was still fit for duty, he got new armor and painted it the gray and blue he’s known for.

An intimidating commander who defends his loved ones endlessly.

Bex is one of the oldest clones under your command.

He’s more friendly than his batchmates were, which no one seems to understand.

He loves running relief missions because he gets to learn about other cultures and help them preserve their homes.

Jammer trusts Bex more than most of their brothers, which he considers an honor.

Whenever he has the opportunity, Bex studies new languages. He only knows Basic, Kaminoan, and Mando’a so far, but he’s working on Ewokese, Jawaese, and Huttese just for fun.

If any of the shinies don’t feel confident in their Mando’a, he’ll help them whenever possible.

Fully supports Fives and the general. He won’t admit it in front of Jammer, but he does.

Hates stealth missions. He’s not good at them, they bother him, and the only one he ever actually went on went so badly that you promised to keep him back from any future stealth missions.

Joined the 357th at the beginning of the war and has been at your side the whole time.

Loves working with other battalions because he gets to make new friends and meet more Jedi.

Will try to befriend any and all animals, no matter how dangerous. Thello will either encourage him or try to stop him. You never know which it’ll be, which makes you and Jammer worry about them both.

Considers Jammer more of an equal than a superior, but he absolutely respects his authority.

Definitely lets the shinies bother him though. If they’re doing something wrong, he’ll let Jammer find out about it on his own rather than trying to help.

Unless Jammer is having a bad day. Then he’s on full-force damage control.

Doesn’t like his skill being called into question. He’s confident in what he does and he hates feeling uncertain about it.

He’s friendly, but not naive. Don’t think you can trick him, because he won’t be fooled easily.

A loyal friend who you can always count on.

Thello is such a happy boy!

One of the youngest clones in your battalion. Joined a few months before Fives meets the 357th.

Loves animals, but has a healthy respect for them. Does not recklessly try to approach them like Bex

The entire battalion can and would fistfight someone in a dark alley to protect him. Thello is not aware of this.

Keeps his hair in a ponytail, but he struggles, so you or Bex help him.

Jammer tried once, but couldn’t get all of his hair together without it all falling out when he let go.

Many people, upon seeing his happy demeanor, assume he’s a shiny or that he’s aloof to the war.

Jammer doesn’t stand for that behavior and immediately sets them straight.

He makes a serious effort to cheer up his brothers and it usually works.

He’s just a little absent-minded, which only makes his brothers more protective of him.

He loves loth-cats, so you have one on board the Patience that all the boys take care of whenever Thello is away.

At his request, you train him to use a staff, much like a lightsaber.

Jammer joins you of course, and Thello loves that he has a specific skill to share with his older brother.

Thello is such a little brother!

He sneaks food from his brothers all the time and no one will ever actually yell at him for it.

On long treks, he trades around carrying his brothers’ packs for ‘endurance training.’

Jammer and Bex give them all crap for it, but it still happens.

Thello promises he doesn’t mind and you assure him it just means he’s stronger than them.

It’s true; when you all have the opportunity to leave the armor behind, he’s noticeably stronger than the others and nearly has to get bigger blacks and grays than the regulation size.
