In case I never told you, you are beautiful. You light up everything, I think to myself, as I dip my toes into the ocean of your soul, While testing the waters, I wonder what secrets are buried deep... I wear this uncertainty like a new garment that doesn't feel like my own just yet. There are gaps I long to fill and I fill them with words. I putty each crack with humor, and then carefully apply a thin layer of gold paint to each interaction. But the gold is never as brilliant as I would like it to be, the garment is itchy, and the waters are cold and filled with jellyfish! Afraid to get stung, I sit back and ride the waves with my mind and imagine what could be... You are as immense as the sea.
