Terror Titans
Do you want to see Clock King try and brainwash a bunch of teenager superheroes and villains into being his army? Read this.
I don't have much to say about this. Other than a few... moments... it's a rather neat interesting story that moves some characters personal stories along (and possibly introduces Static Shock to the DC universe?) while also telling a neat superhero story.
Of course because it's mostly dealing with side/minor characters (other than, again Static Shock who really is a cameo) it doesn't have the same broad appeal as a similar story told with more mainstream characters. And of course because it's now an older comic book it doesn't really affect current DC storylines even if it is a useful one for the comics of its time.
Should you read it? If you're reading the Titans comics from around this time period it's wroth the read but if not give it a skip.
