The Carnival
Sheesh, 5 haem for entry? That’s extortionate.
The Carnival Carnivora is something I’ve seen in a number of places, and it seems to disappear overnight, leaving a solitary red flag behind in the centre of a large, circular clearing.
Internal dimensions appear to be inconsistent.
They’re made of flesh. THE TENTS ARE MADE OF FLESH.
It’s alive!?
It isn’t just a carnival, it appears to be a large sessile organism, which must weigh hundreds of tonnes. What does it live on? How does it get between Realms? I need to check for Causeway signatures in the samples I have collected.
The Ringmaster is a quite dangerous creature and she seems to directly serve the Carnival itself. Don’t trust her, she will say and do almost anything to get the Carnival its food.
It burrows between Realms along pseudoreal tendons stretched between them, keeping a permanent connection there through the Outer Void. It folds its space into itself for transit, and when I hid in one of the tents I was nearly crushed before I escaped. Not recommended for the unprepared.
Don’t eat the burgers. I think they’re made of clown meat.

Well, itsbenedict has a lovely popular post explaining the linguistic origin of “brot3″. I figure that “not3″ could be derived from “ot3″ in the same way “brot3″ is, and could be used to describe a ship of 3 characters which you do not like.
