I’m so annoyed I have to buy yet ANOTHER adapter for my phone just to transfer my photos onto a hard drive. Apple can kiss my ass cuz I’m positive this is all their fault 😡.

my mother got a cat wheel for the cats, ok cool.
she was getting ready to put it together and found that several of the pieces are broken and unusable (and several more have cosmetic damage), not cool
so im trying to help her by taking pics of the dmg’d parts and emailing the pics to her so she can get replacements
she managed to download the pics to her computer and attached 3 of them to her own email (gmail)
which was fine until she decided she wanted to look at one of the ones she had already attached
so she clicks on it from her email, and downloads a new copy of it..... alright, fine, except it doesnt *open* the pic, so she clicks on it again to... download another copy
i interrupt and show her where it is on her computer and then she starts looking at the other pics to see what she still needs to add to the email and opens one she hasnt attached yet
and goes, “so how do i get this to here?”
and its just. you knew how to attach the 1st 3 pics but the 4th one confuses you?!?!?

Many thanks to the lovely people hanging out on Discord who helped me put a picture in a post on AO3. Man, I felt like a dork there for a bit, but they kept talking to me & I finally got it. So YAY!!!
I learned something new today. Let’s hope I still remember it (and can understand my notes) for the next time, eh?
