High School student's answer when I asked "You guys remember what homophones are, right?"... 

"Most teachers look forward to the summer break to get some peace and quiet. I'm just glad to not see the principal for two months." -Anon.

"Tell her we need more miss rafanans as teachers!! 😊 ", " Tell her she not only excels in teaching the lessons but also in helping us grow and mature into good people", and "Tell her she taught us values we can't find on our own.. That she is the light that guides us in uncovering the truths of this world..." "And I will try to make my mark on this world with everything you taught me in this short period of time". Please tell me it is okay to cry. Private school teachers get really good stuff. There is no denying. But when the smell of the last spray of Marc Jacobs fades away, when the taste of the last munch of Royce is gone, and when the last of the body lotions and scrubs is used up, it will still be the sweet letters and notes with Slender Man drawings inserted in your laptop and written on handkerchiefs that you will treasure and remember. It will not be about how expensive the scrapbook paper is but about the handwritten notes inside.  If there is one thing teaching in Private schools has taught me, it is to look at the message more than medium and the purpose more than price. The money in my pocket falls short in comparison to the love they deposit everyday in my heart. I love and miss you so much St. Jude kids!
