Fangtasia it was the last place Sookie wanted to be or should be. Sookie had a way of attracting unwanted vampire attention and putting herself in a club full of them was never the best idea. Sure, Eric had told her she was safe here, but she still had some trouble believing everything he said. She wanted to trust him, and at times even has started to, but that doesn’t mean she is dumb enough to trust other vampires at Fangtasia no matter how well Eric claims he has them trained.
So, if this is such a dangerous place why has she come here alone? Why would she go some place that she usually tried so hard to avoid? It was simple or at least she kept telling herself it was. Lately, she has had some issues with a strange vampire following her. Now, she could go to Sam or Bill about this issue. But it’s so tiring always being the little blonde who needs saving. Instead she is going to Eric Northman and seeking his help.Â
No, it isn’t because she feels he is more powerful than either Bill or Sam though she does know this to currently be true, and it isn’t because she is glamoured into adoring him like so many others. No, she is here because in the past she has helped him. Now, it is his turn to return the favor. It is his turn to use his powers and tell this vampire to leave her be in a way that a vampire will understand.Â
Sookie takes a deep breath before she enters the club. The place opened only a half hour ago and it is already crawling with fang bangers. Most in their tight little dresses and over the top goth wear. Then there is Sookie. As always in one of her brightly colored sun dress. Tonight’s choice a light purple down. Her blond hair wasn’t up in a work ponytail, but rather hung loosely over her shoulders. She got lucky with it only being Pam at the door. Pam gave her a once over and smirked.
“Here for Eric aren’t you?”
Sookie bit back certain comments on how Pam should mind her own business. Instead she did what she so often did when nervous and smiled a bit too much for what the situation was causing Pam to raise an eyebrow.
“Not like what you’re thinking. It’s business. Is he in?”
Pam realized she wasn’t going to get much more and frankly, she didn’t want to know too much more. Whatever she needed to know Eric would tell her at some point. She motioned in a direction and Sookie quickly thanked Pam before heading that way. Her plan tonight was to stay professional and get right to the point. She wouldn’t let Eric think what she figured he would automatically assume about her being her. She would remind him that he owed her this much and get this whole mess sorted out before Bill, Sam or anyone else could race in and play hero. @kingxfanger
