Do you think they try to talk to each other during those months before winter? At the very least while the humans are on vacation, cause I imagine they store Tinselina somewhere until that holiday season and she might be harder to get to. I think she and Toaster would sneak off at times to talk alone like they did on Mars, this time absolutely free to say whatever they please.
Tinselina may find it difficult at first to adjust to being stored away most of the year. Toaster would help her adjust as she helped it adjust to Mars.
Do you think she'd ever wish that she could go back to Mars just for the chance to be with Toaster freely? Even there she had to hide from humanity but now she can't avoid it. She'd try to brush the thought away, it's better here being able to serve her purpose, having a stable place to dwell. But still, something nags at the back of her mind.
Toaster denies feeling any sort of way about it, but Tinselina can tell it's lying. She decides it's best not to pry until Toaster is ready. Whether this culminates in Toaster finally coming clean that it's really not sure how to feel or Tinselina finally confronting it on the issue, not fully sure!
