How about try to start from other corner, I mean, how should I explain it, don't start at that spot that you want, but try drag it from a few grid on the foundation you've already built? GAH, so hard to explain. haha

Is auto ceiling off? are you placing frieze over tiles? I'd rather use CFE

Are toy sure the roof is off and removed? Sometimes it says that because the roof is there.
Apparently it was the CFE ( contrainfloorelevation) that did the trick! Sadly I need to build it again because CAW and the game hates me. (Yep the loading screen has been loading for almost an hour).
