And...#breakfast 🍐🍊🍇🥒🍅🌽 This time even richer and more then 10 color variations. One of my simple #eatingtips is to #eat from at least 5 colors every day, or even better - every #meal. Why? Because, believe it or not - every color brings different #nutrients. In small amounts, it's true but this is one of my #strong #beliefs - that small steps is the way of how everything should be done. Small but sure. Sometimes I don't follow this "rule" and I see the consequences.
