The Cat got the most of the root, packed in her bento boxes. Plain with just a little bit of salt.

I stir-fried a small batch for V with butter, garlic, salt, pepper.

Where The Mouse has not gone before. Co-Worker V, same one that gave The Mouse the leftover spaghetti, mentioned she misses yuka root. She could not find it here in SPAM Land.

Breaking the root down was definitely a challenge, thought would have to call Paul Bunyan for assistance.
