the funniest parts of aftg are Andrew unapologetically playing favourites because he's always trying so hard not to care but his only moral is "Kevin and Neil can do whatever they want without any consequences and if anyone tries to impose consequences on them they have to get through me first" while no one except Kevin and Neil themselves wants to get through him

“Oh my god, I can't believe Kevin day fumbled two different situation ships” Kevin Day who surgically removed himself from the people he loved when he realized he was not the better option. Kevin day who even when he's the first option knows he's never the best option. Kevin Day who lets people use him as they learn to love each other and themselves until he has no use anymore and lets them go even as they rip parts of himself away when they leave. Kevin day who is always the first choice and never the last.

headcanon: kevin and neil arguing in the locker room while the rest of the foxes ignore them bc that is just the norm for the two of them. Also they are arguing in French bc of course they are. And then kevin goes: for fucks sake neil, it's not that difficult to answer, yes or no? And Neil freezes. And everyone, including Kevin is like ??? Bc why is Neil suddenly staring at Kevin like a deer in headlights, and hold on, is he actually blushing? Kevin is confused. The foxes are confused. No one but Andrew understands why Neil is suddenly stammering and why he can't look Kevin in the eye the rest of practice.

it will never not be so funny to me that the very second Neil finds out that Andrew is gay he just assumes that Andrew and Kevin are dating like Neil spends all this time wondering about Andrew but apparently not even being phased by Kevin that poor guy was clocked from day one he didn't stand a chance
