These conditions are designated by the character upon performing the Technique.

Alarm can be used to Modify any Technique so that its alert triggers alongside the Technique's own effects.
[Ex. Energy Mines can be modified to alert when they have detonated].
[Ex2. Alarm is used to modify one of the player character's Techniques, one which they only use in case of emergencies, alerting a split up party to know something serious is going on the user's end of things].
