According to David Hawkins, creator of map of consciousness, a dog's wagging tail and a cat's purr calibrate at 500- the level of unconditional love. He says that only 4% of the world will ever reach that level. He calibrated that 80% of the world is below 200- which are the states of guilt, shame, grief, depression, fear and anger.
