This is legit a perplexing thing going on rn, I have no idea what changed but several people have asked the same thing this week so I THINK tumblr had to have changed something? We can't adjust the amount of attachments it allows on our end. If you pick text post vs photo post it will sometimes let you attach more photos in the text area. If all else fails, upload things to your own blog and send us the link.
re the Spag's shirt: i grew up in the Merrimack Valley, and we didn't have Spag's; but they remind me of Building 19, which we did have up here, and i miss that store so so so much! legendary shiftiness.
B19 ended up buying Spag’s but they couldn’t run it like the Borgatti’s. I love that Spag’s exists on Wikipedia but they failed to mention Olive was a pilot and would fly Spag all over the place to buy crazy shit from overturned trucks and train wrecks and wild shit like that. That’s why it was so cheap and why nobody else could match their prices. A nice old couple from Mass flies in with cash in hand, might as well give them a bargain, right?

so i was rocking out to some Sonic Youth and maybe it got a little loud, and my (teenage) kids come in to complain about the godawful noise and asked how i could listen to it and... i remember my parents saying the same things in 1992. i love how i've managed to annoy two separate generations with the same noise-art-rock-cacophony and it pleases me. i hope it pleases you as well!
