Ritual Bath: Emotional Release Soak

- fill your bathtub with warm water to your liking

- add a milky quartz crystal (for memory and internal balance)

- a smoky quartz crystal (for releasing trauma and allowing self forgiveness)

- a rose quartz (for reminding oneself of all the love they are worth and inviting loving energies in)

- OPTIONAL: add emotional/energetic fuel herbal sachet (find herbs that work for you for the best effects; for me, I used Irish Sea Moss, Rose, Lavender, Spearmint, and Calendula.)

Let these crystals soak as you enter the bath.

Meditate on what you are wanting to release, and as you drain the bath, send the negative release down the drain with it, visualizing the energy being banished down the drain.

Self Love & Self Peace Potion:

- chamomile herbs brewed into a chamomile tea

- honey

- lavender tincture

- rose tincture

- whiskey

Self Love Smoking Blend:

Grind the following herbs into a coarse powder.

- Rose

- Lavender

- Cannabis Flower {*if legal in your area, no pressure if not, it is something you can choose to omit, but as a weed witch, i prefer to use it :) }

- Mullein leaf

I also carved a sigil for emotional release into my candle and brushed it with rosemary incense ash.
