and another one bites the dust.
another month down, and the funny thing. i didn't blog enough to make it worth it. so here i am. with a dilemma. do i continue on and move forward, give you a quick update of my month? do i re-do this past month, because despite having accomplished pieces of it, i still have much to go? do i recognize that this year may have a few hiccups, but that sort of is the point? or do i apologize and bow out?
well, i can answer the last for sure. i'm not a quitter. and even typing the question didn't feel right. so, i'll leave the rest of these questions for you to decide. text me, write me, tumblr question me. the most votes will win. i can go any which way at this point. i'm not limiting this journey. but i will let you help to control its fate.

my guy and i are decluttering, detoxing and bringing sexy back.
no you perv, not in a naughty way, but more in a general, "we are way too lazy" way. the idea is this, we're starting fresh. i've got this lovely happiness project, but he finally saw the light today and realized that he wants some changes too. so as individuals we are bringing sexy back. and as a couple... we're building a support system. because i know that nothing feels better than knowing that someone has your back when you are making serious changes. lazy days are cool on occasion, but lazy jalex is not a good look. or a positive lifestyle.
vitality | boost energy
i'm dragging. all of my previous goals are slowly becoming mute. because i have no energy to even care to act on them. the idea was to continue to practice the goals, even once the month was complete. yet here i am, 7:34 on a tuesday evening with heavy eyes and a huge desire to "finish this tomorrow."
not anymore.
let's tackle the mental and physical aspects of energy. just like gretchen did. she is my guide right now. i need a guardian angel. and i've decided this woman, whom i probably will never even meet, is mine. she will hold my hand and i will be her grasshopper.
