What’s your carb of choice? . Sweet Pots for the win again!!! I love sweet pots! Here are a couple of reason why I choose sweet pots! . Why? . One, they taste amazing! . Two, it’s a super food! . Three, really high in Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D, and Vitamin A. . Four, low glycemic index, which means that sweet potatoes don’t spike your blood sugar and it gives your steady energy! . Five, decreases stress and helps you relax due to the magnesium, also sweet pots contain anti-inflammatory properties from the color pigmentation! . Six, higher nutritional value with less calories than regular potatoes! . How can I cook them? . They are super easy to prep, I just pop my chopped pieces in the microwave for 3 minutes or so and then they are ready to eat. .
