A little before and after the gym action for ya. .. .. .. .. .. .. Our regular instructor is out for the rest of the week, but her daughter ran things today (her name is Erin, too! It's been a long while since I've met another one! But the poor thing possibly has walking pneumonia, so she couldn't talk much and we kind of had to coach ourselves). Despite not having the regular amount of supervision, class went really well, and I definitely worked up a sweat!
