Republican columns about to explode.
"From Kevin G Shinnick:
âI made a comment recently where I claimed that Republican administrations had been much more criminally corrupt over the last 50 plus years than the Democrats. I was challenged (dared actually) to prove it. So I did a bit of
research and when I say a bit I mean it didnât take long and there is no comparison.
When comparing criminal indictments of those serving in the executive branch of presidential administrations, itâs so lopsided as to be ridiculous. Yet all I ever hear about is how supposedly âcorruptâ the Democrats are. So why donât we break it down by president and the numbers?
Obama (D) â 8 yrs in office. Zero criminal indictments, zero convictions and zero prison sentences. So the next time somebody describes the Obama administration as âscandal freeâ they arenât speaking wishfully, theyâre simply telling the truth.
Bush, George W. (R) â 8 yrs in office. 16 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 9 prison sentences.
Clinton (D) â 8 yrs in office. 2 criminal indictments. One conviction. One prison sentence. Thatâs right nearly 8 yrs of investigations. Tens of millions spent and 30 yrs of claiming them the most corrupt ever
and there was exactly one person convicted of a crime.
Bush, George H. W. (R) â 4 yrs in office. One indictment. One conviction. One prison sentence.
Reagan (R) â 8 yrs in office. 26 criminal indictments. 16 convictions. 8 prison sentences.
Carter (D) â 4 yrs in office. One indictment. Zero convictions and zero prison sentences.
Ford (R) â 4 yrs in office. One indictment and one conviction. One prison sentence.
Nixon (R) â 6 yrs in office. 76 criminal indictments. 55 convictions. 15 prison sentences.
Johnson (D) â 5 yrs in office. Zero indictments. Zero convictions. Zero prison sentences.
So, letâs see where that leaves us. In the last 53 years, Democrats have been in the Oval Office for 25 of those years, while Republicans held it for 28. In their 25 yrs in office Democrats had a total of three executive branch officials indicted with one conviction and one prison sentence. Thatâs one whole executive branch official convicted
of a crime in two and a half decades of Democrat leadership.
In the 28 yrs that Republicans have held office over the last 53 yrs they have had a total of (a drum roll would be more than appropriate), 120 criminal indictments of executive branch officials. 89 criminal convictions and 34 prison sentences handed down. Thatâs more prison sentences than years in office since 1968 for Republicans. If you want
to count articles of impeachment as indictments (they arenât really but we can count them as an action), both sides get one more. However, Clinton wasnât found guilty while Nixon resigned and was pardoned by
Ford (and a pardon carries with it a legal admission of guilt on the part of the pardoned). So those only serve to make Republicans look even worse.
With everything going on with Trump and his people right now, itâs a safe bet Republicans are gonna be padding their numbers a bit real soon.
So letâs just go over the numbers one more time, shall we? 120 indictments for Republicans. 89 convictions, and 34 prison sentences. Those arenât âfeelingsâ or âalternate facts.â Those are simply the stats by the numbers. Republicans are, and have been for my entire lifetime, the most criminally corrupt party to hold the office of the presidency.
So those are the actual numbers. Feel free to copy and paste!â

If you NEVER reblog a post make sure you REBLOG THIS POST.
Based on this why would ANYONE who is against corruption and criminal activity vote for any Republican? And these stats are only for the executive branch. Imagine what would be found if this included Congress.
this is good factual information and I like it

Hello again
I kinda forgot about tumblr for a few months there.
Whoops đ
Anyway, COVID hasnât kept me from working like a lot of people, and Iâm thankful for that.
But whatâs annoying is when my company doesnât take the pandemic seriously.
We were allowed to work from home for about a month back in April/May. It was great, tbh. I had a remote filing software installed on my laptop and was able to write from home and not leave my apartment except for 2 days a week when I would go into my office to proof pages for our two weekly editions of the paper. Things were working pretty well, even though we had to furlough one of our writers.
But then our publisher gave us an order to come back. We were now (and have been) required to be in the office each weekday during regular business hours.
Look, I get itâpeople need to be in the office run the press and to take sales calls for advertising. It makes sense. But your writers donât actually *need* to be in the office because we can literally write from basically anywhere. So it seemed silly to require all the newsroom to be ordered back into the office.
And thatâs not the dumbest fuckery, either.
The guy who used to be in charge of composing had a huge blowout with our publisher and was basically kicked off the property (this was actually great for the rest of us, because this guy really didnât do much of anything, really, except attempt to be his own kind of shitty reporter and give my editor âbreaking newsâ tips a good two hours to two days after the fact, when myself or my sports editor had already heard about them đ), but before he got his behind booted out he had fired the one guy who was actually GREAT at working our press and running or comparing schedule, so my publisher managed to bring that guy back.
But before that all happened our main page designer took a job in a completely different field the next town over, so our sports editor, who designs his owns pages, was drafted into our composing room to design not only our paper but the several other papers we print for our company. Poor guy. He basically lost his marbles doing double duty for more than a month. But sports werenât happening, so what else was there for him to do? (He could have been helping me with news reporting but whatever itâs fine Iâm fine everythingâs fine)
Anyway, my company still hasnât hired a new full time composer/page designer and itâs really showing.
Iâm just glad I still have a job and am secure in knowing I am an invaluable asset to this paper.
Hereâs hoping I can finally get that raise and promotion I was angling for before the pandemic hit đĽ´đĽ´đĽ´đĽ´đĽ´đĽ´đĽ´
Trying to write a whole post on mobile is a pain in the ass and the line breaks keep shifting on me for no discernible reason. I hate this godforsaken hell hole of an app.
this next trick is a little something i like to call âbulking out my bibliography with articles I barely looked atâ
âWorks Sightedâ
Why is conservative logic pretty much âyou can live on a minimum wage if you cut out LIVINGâ??
Conservatives: If you were a good Poor, youâd be grateful for your shit job and not lust after silly things like restaurant food, entertainment, or travel.
Also Conservatives: WHY ARE YOU SELFISH POORS NOT BUYING LUXURY ITEMS!?!?!?!?!?!? YOUâRE KILLING OUR USELESS OVERPRICED INDUSTRIES!!!!
