Love the implication of an AU where Shen Yuan is misunderstood to be a body snatcher. Want him to be revealed as not Shen Jiu but for everyone to treat him like a mythical beast instead. Like: yeah thatās the Qing Jing peak lord heās one of the last mythical body snatchers we thought were extinct, but nope! Heās one of them. Bonus points if in this AU Shang Qinghua actually IS a body snatcher and he is lowkey trying to saddle up to SQQ but very quickly realizes that this man is NOT what he is and is in fact something else entirely (which, understandably, freaks him tf out).
I also think LBH in this AU would be much more at ease knowing Shizun is also not human, and heād constantly be like, offering HIS BODY to SQQ so they can ābecome oneā and SQQ has to be like Binghe stop this master will not steal your body, what is wrong with you
