Working on getting yoked on my #SwoleSunday ... more shoulder work! Strict seated barbell overhead press, to be followed by rear flyes and single arm laterals. Time to train ... but it's #Sunday, after a LONG week. Bed is calling to me a little louder than the gym... need a little liquid motivation ie: #SuperFreak pre-workout. When your body says "no" you're pre-workout will always say "hell yes!" This is a #throwback pic to the peak of my last bulk. Gained some decent mass, along with a few lbs of unwanted fat. One thing I've decided for certain, now that I'm cutting again, is that in the future I will never do a "dirty" bulk like that again. Even though it might be a slower process IMO it makes more sense to slowly reverse diet (with a slight caloric surplus) while gaining muscle to minimize fat gain.
