My #finishersmedal for @lifetime.life @chicago.tri #chivirtualtri came in today's mail. Who knew today was #medalmonday? I did the #supersprint about two weeks ago (400 swim, 10k bike, 1.5 mile run) and won my age group, something that was definitely a surprise and which will go down as a highlight in this otherwise very strange year of racing (more like non-racing). Because it was so short I really focused on airing the segments out and got in under 47 minutes. I really did this just as practice for hopefully doing some live sprints next year.
