What's the latest, Magg? just some drawings from my OC; Maggie Marsh. My idea is to do some comic strips about everyday life in the quiet suburbs of a county in Maine called Sunbean County in the 60s. Maggie is kind of the protagonist and currently the character I draw the most. she's a fan of space exploration due to the whole space race and everything. She doesn't have many friends and spends most of her day wandering the melancholic streets of his city of around 10,000 inhabitants, in the middle of nowhere. Now 12 years old, her old friends have become distant and her parents have divorced, leaving her mainly under the guardianship of her father, a street vendor who only comes home late at night. - the fun of this idea of mine is that normally in cartoons or comics the characters always find what they are looking for. for example, in an episode something always happens directly related to the theme of the episode and everything else. however, in my idea, the fun would be that due to the monotony of Sunbean County, NOTHING ever happens. that is; no fantastic events, no great adventures, no incredible events... just the most peaceful and boring day to day life of an small town. a kind of comic strip about the suburban bucolicism of the mid-60s. Interesting? I dont know...

okay “jingle jangle morning” is a grief song about kurt but it is also obviously about a cat, listen, song about a sunbeam isn’t just about “jesus doesn’t want me for a sunbeam” it’s ALSO about “son of a gun” which is ALSO obviously a grief song about a cat (up, up, up and down, turn, turn, turn around, round, round, round about and over again / sun shines in the bedroom when we play)
