Name a diet and I have probably tried it and lost weight but gained it all back. I tried: 1️⃣Keto Diet 2️⃣Military Diet 3️⃣Petite Advantage Diet 4️⃣Low Carb Diet All these diets did one thing. ⭕️Create a calorie deficit. But then I would stop losing weight. I had no idea why and it was frustrating and discouraging not getting past a certain weight. Plus I wasn’t even enjoying being on a diet. So what did I do? I fell off. I went back to my old eating habits and ballooned up. Then I went on another diet and it got even harder to lose weight. I kept running into the same problem. I would lose some weight then I would stop then I would fall off, regain the weight. It was a vicious cycle. Eventually I just gave up and my self worth was so low that I was close to 180lbs. I’m 5’1. The problem was that: ❌Being on a diet sucked ❌I didn’t know what to do when I plateaued ❌I didn’t know how to keep the weight off After years of trial and error I learned how to lose over 20lbs without cutting out my favorite foods and kept the weight off.
