Intellectually I know that 'dogma' is a real word, but every time I see it I instinctively expect it to be a joke à la 'sugma' or 'ligma'.

i think it's beautiful that everyone collectively decided baby yoda was called baby yoda in spite of them never calling him that. no amount of branding all his merch as The Child or revealing that his real name was Sugma will ever overwrite the fact that everyone looked at him and was immediately like "that's Baby Yoda". yeah, it is. you're so right
