been getting to that point where it feels everytime i doodle sigma he looks the same ;-;

And I felt

Idk how t o describe it

But it felt like my heart was being too loud and my ears were ringing slightly, quietly.

So after I turned off the shower, I grabbed the hair towel place dit on my head

And the just. Sat down in my knees with my head and arms on the edge of the tub, eyes closed

I then opened 'em again shortly (like a few sceonds or after a minute, I have no idea) and then wrapped the towel properly over my hair.

And then curled up like the pic I sent but my head resting against my hands/forearms instead

And I lied there for

Like a few seconds or 1-3 minutes, idk

Just letting the feeling slowly pass until I as gonna get up, dry myself off, get dressed, and head back to my room

And when I got to my bed, I legitimately put my decives aside, my glasses aside, opened notes put "FEELING OVERSTIMULATED, DND" in size 60 for the letters

Adjusted my bed, hug my blushing, and legit layed like that for like 30 minutes or so

Finished this drawing at like 2:55 PM.
