I think I need an upgrade... . 🏆𝔸𝕘𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕤𝕥 𝔸𝕝𝕝 𝕆𝕓𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕔𝕝𝕖𝕤🏆 . . For those of you following me and my stories over the past 6 weeks you will have seen I was privy to be included in a Success Starter Test Group with Super Trainer @megandaviesfitness and her upcoming double programme mbf/mbfa . . This opportunity has been life changing; getting to try a new programme before it’s even been filmed (filming is underway now) and before anyone else gets to sample it . . There’s been so many ups, not to mention the birth of Attie on day 1 of the Advanced section; Megan, the lasting friends I have made in the group, the UK crew @monicathomazs @energise_ur_life who jumped into our virtual gym every morning - until Attie was born of course, that changed workout times for me . . 💥𝕄𝕚𝕟𝕕𝕤𝕖𝕥 𝕄𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕥𝕖𝕣💥 . . Around this time last year I was just coming up to hit another ME brick wall and relapse for the ... (insert random number here as I’ve lost count) ... time; I had also just finished a gruelling 8 week lift and hiit programme and was in the best shape of my life . . I say this in context, as I never would have had the confidence to take this photo, let alone post it on the gram/Facebook . . I’m sharing it, as when I took it for my top secret test group this morning, it’s the first time I really looked at myself and thought “wow” I’ve worked bloody hard for this! . . Not long after my relapse had subsided and I became a coach in October, I had to start my weight loss again - I always put weight on during a relapse with the meds and being mainly bed ridden; so I had ballooned over 14 stone . . I’m a nightmare to live with as I just want to exercise and lose weight again but can’t, so Linds really does suffer the brunt of my mental meltdowns . . So to think that my short journey from October to where I am now, in a test group for #mbf due to becoming a Success Starter and on the eve of my 39th birthday, I’m finally appreciating how lucky I am to be in a place where this photo was easy for me to take... 🎟𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞🎟 . . So I’ve been sitting on a secret, though those in my team know of it and anyone who is in the field may well of gotten the hints that I’ve dropped over the past couple of weeks - though I did have to edit or reschedule a couple of posts as I actually dropped more than hints 🤦🏼 . . Due to becoming a Success Starter and starting up our own team within the team, I have won a lucrative spot with another 300 entrepreneurs and coaches to test out our new programme set to be released mid summer . . Has anyone heard of Megan Davies? There’s a chance you have. But if not, she’s one of our new super trainers who won her part by being the best candidate in a Beachbody Reality show called The 20s . . She has designed a programme that focuses on strength training and cardio. I will do this 6 days a week Monday to Saturday with an active recovery session on Sunday . . To say I’m excited is an understatement; this is one of those chances that come around once in a lifetime. I will explain more in my blog that will drop later today - I wrote it with the intention of sharing last week but shortly after I published, I had to take it down as I wasn’t allowed to share this news until today. Hence why the blog is a couple of days late . .
