First year fs teams require dedication more than anything else! I am in one and I promise no one knows what they are doing and if you are willing to learn, be it marketing, engineering, business, that is good enough. Unfortunately they can't teach you very much as everyone is new to it, you will have to do much of the learning independently but the team will help you find answers too. I'm in engineering but since I have changed my studies to biz and my team also needs business people I might start doing that when we are allowed to continue the project. Anyway I learned more from fs than my actual studies, would recommend. Practice those project management skills!
