Instructions: Follow the directions that came with your waffle iron to heat it up. Put the extra stuffing, eggs, chicken or vegetable broth, Parmesan cheese, and chopped herbs in a large bowl. Mix everything together well. Add pepper and salt to taste. Spray or oil the waffle iron with a little cooking spray. Spread the stuffing mixture out evenly on a waffle iron that has already been heated. Close the waffle iron and cook the waffles with the filling until they are golden brown and crispy, which should take about 4 to 5 minutes.
