Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry. 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled. 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice. 1/4 cup diced onion.
Instructions: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Thaw the puff pastry sheet if it's frozen and cut it into waffle-sized squares. Place a square of puff pastry on the preheated waffle iron and sprinkle with a portion of crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and diced onion. Top with another square of puff pastry and close the waffle iron. Cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
