hey hey! i've been doing some reading for my history of Palestine & arab-israeli conflict class. after that, i have to write a 6 page paper about those readings 🙃
another note: i'm extremely sleep deprived & i've been having rough days aside from just school (which is adding it up). i experienced a huge burnout where i just gave up and talked to my friends & journaled a bit. with that being said, pls, pls, pls take care of yourselves before you sense of burnout slowly creeping in.
it's not worth it if you're not taking care of yourselves mentally, emotionally, & physically. if you need to cry, just cry. if you want to dance, dance & the blood pumping will make you energetic. don't dress down, it'll lower your motivation, dress up. talk to your therapist or anyone if you just want to talk. if you need sleep, SLEEP. there are lots of other things you could do, whatever self care means TO YOU.
take care of yourselves lovelies, you deserve love and care. especially with midterms approaching. you'll do wonderful. you are wonderful.
