18/4/17 So I guess I need an intro post if I'm actually going to try this studyblr thing! Hi, I'm Caitlin. Im 17, currently in year 12, studying US history (which I LOVE - mainly down to Hamilton), British history, music and maths. I also, as you may guess from my URL, am a huge violin nerd. I've got just over a month till half my mocks and my maths AS, and just over a year till all of my A-Levels. As well as that I'm (attempting to) taking my Grade 8 Viola, Grade 5 Piano and Grade 6 Music Theory before university! Two of my favourite accounts that inspired this creation are @abritishstudyblr and @pianoandstudy . Seriously I love these guys' accounts! I've been following many studyblrs since my GCSEs but I've stuck with these two accounts throughout x I'd really love to bring more musicblr to this community, so you can expect a lot of music posts as well as history - which has slightly taken over my life...

10.2.2020 - Weekend Plans
So excited for the weekend. Firstly, my husband got really bad news on Thursday so I’m generally excited that day is over. Secondly, I’m planning to set up my desk! Haven’t had a chance to get to it during the week, since I’ve been doing schoolwork. I’ve been looking through all of the desk inspiration on here (so many studyblrs have gorgeous desks) and though I don’t have any real budget, and I’m working out of an old bar booth, I am optimistic.
On a more school note, I could have sworn I finished a homework assignment to a 100% and I emailed my teacher about it. She said that it is right and when I checked it is... Now I’m super duper confused and have to double check my homework at home. Clearly, I’m dreaming pretty vividly about homework now, lol. I can only hope either this wasn’t a dream or I don’t do it again.
