maths: completed a practice exam paper in timed conditions & marked it

long weekend update!

15 days until exams start; 45 days until exams end

history: watched recap videos on key Cold War events + took notes; wrote most of a British Empire essay which I'll finish in the week

politics: rewrote an essay I did based on feedback; made loads of flashcards for both UK and US Politics; watched recap videos for all US presidential elections since 1992 and took notes; read through resources on rights & pressure groups in the UK

maths: completed homework exam questions on mechanics; made a set of flashcards with formulae and standard results to memorise; revised 2nd-year trigonometry and calculus content + completed practice questions

April flew by so fast! I guess stress from finals will do that 😅 I didn't finish reading any books last month due to other things taking up time, but I'm currently reading Persuasion by Jane Austen and The Pariah by Anthony Ryan and I hope to finish those this month. receiptify is a bit of a mish-mash, no one movie or artist is dominant. I did was Ford v Ferrari with my boyfriend though and I really liked the soundtrack to it so I'm not surprised to see it pop up. I highly recommend watching it 😊

as for school, most of this is from finals prep 😵‍💫 I didn't realize how much time I'd spent on my WGS paper but for the mark I got it was worth it 😎

I'll be taking one stats class from May-June and another one from July-August so I'll still have study updates to share, but I'm excited to relax this summer. I've got plans to hang out with friends, books to read, and hobbies to get back into 📚

i realized i haven’t posted my updated desk set-up, but here’s my desk-in-bed set-up that typically happens on mondays. my desk riser flips into a bed desk and it fits my keyboard and mouse so i can enjoy the sky and work in bed until i ultimately nap before my 5:30p weekly meeting.

Day 8- International Women’s Day! What’s your take on feminism? rly varied and doesn’t look the same for everyone, i think that’s the beauty of it. did a lot of study last sem on gaga feminism and as a gen-zer i’ve recognized that feminism is not one size fits all
