Understanding the strength of language: how do words guide our understanding of a scene? In this task, we screenshot scenes from Studio AKA’s ‘A Song for Europa’ that stood out to us as interesting. By adding language/words overtop of images we can see it brings a whole new meaning to the image that directly guides the viewer to feel one way. In the 2nd set, you can see that one image can have a range of ways that it is understood, by changing the language used with image you can give very different feelings.
