left is my backpack and right is a few bracelets i just finished this summer!
I….uhhhhh…made a crab…
anyway i'm pretty sure the vanity project fingering weight baby blanket i'm crocheting is giving me carpal tunnel syndrome, which obviously means i should cut that shit out for a bit and let my hand and wrist heal, which. i guess. but i'm SO sad because I'm making such good progress on it rn
if you saw a dude walkin in the middle of the night strumming a bass while he walks, would he look cool or weird askin for a friend

Accuracy 😂
This is- why is this so accurate?
This happens to me all. the. time.
Like for some reason I have all my music pieces memorized and I can’t play the beginning but the middle? Heck yeah!
First tatting results!
When I was first reading up on tatting, someone recommended that beginners use cheap thread because they’ll make plenty of mistakes and should just start anew as many times as needed and oh boy that was true for me. (The first picture is just a sample of the many mistake piles I’ve accumulated.) I have to say the biggest hurdle I have learning tatting is muscle memory. I knit/crochet with my index finger up and my other fingers holding the piece but with tatting the hand position is the complete opposite, with my index finger and thumb holding the loop and my other fingers working the string. So my hand just naturally keeps moving to my knit/crochet hand position and it's been ridiculously hard to break the habit.
Made a blanket for my dad.
