I'll start with these stitch markers. I did two different butterflies for them because I need to diversify my options. These are with size 8 thread and are a gift. My besties son's partner was living with an abusive family and moved out last weekend. It didn't go well (it never does) so my bestie and I are putting together a fiber arts bin of stuff for them since they crochet. This is their favorite color so I figured they would like some cute markers with it!

I also made some decent progress on this shawl. I went from 70% complete to 84%, so not too bad. The pattern calls this "lightweight". I disagree. Nothing with 900g of worsted weight yarn is lightweight. This thing is a nightmare to move around. I'm glad I have these giant safety pin shawl pins. They've been amazing at helping me manage the bulk of the shawl. I just roll/fold up the shawl and pin it rolled up. Makes it easier to turn for the rows 🙂‍↕️

up to 63% completed of the shawl. I am at the point where I really fucking hate this thing. I have two weeks before this is due for judging so I need to push through and finish it.

I'm almost to the section where you repeat the beginning part of the pattern, which is far more mindless and easy. I think that section will fly by pretty quickly.

I also restarted the basset hound hat I still have to do. The one yesterday was too small and I ripped it out and tried to figure it out today. I forgot to transcribe row 6 as an increase row from my notes to the PDF correctly. It's all good now. I am hoping to finish this by Wednesday so I can get them delivered to the new owner.

my 31 days of coven lace challenge started with closing another round of the doily we chose a while ago for the doily along event! but now my old eyes desperately need to work on something white so this evil doily will have to take another break

hit a milestone on the passage shawl. the first arch has been made! I just need to do the rest in the next 13 days. I think I can do it.

I'm also participating in the 31 days of coven lace and today I just made butterflies. I might pull my stuff out later to attempt a doily motif thing.

I'm turning them into stitch markers. I should make two more of each color.
