Knights are active utilization classes. The Knight is a powerful player in that they are formidable and extremely masterful with their aspect once they have been fully realized, but they often start out slow and even denying or shying away from their aspect. This is because the Knight uses the static potential of their aspect, and the aspects are in such humongous stationary amounts at all times that they have difficulty utilizing what is there properly. Because of their active nature, they are also known to push their aspect away vehemently at this stage. However, as they begin to grow, they reach and exploit their unlimited amounts of potential and easily control their aspect with active, dominant force. The inverse of the Knight is the Rogue, a passive allocation class, and the Knight functions by passively shifting their opposing aspect away in order for their own aspect to be utilized actively in solitude.
The Light aspect is about information, illumination, and fortune. It is, in short, everything known and visible to the waking world. In the words of infinitywhale: “Light is everything, but just everything.” This, unlike its opposite Void which deals with secrecy and nothing, does not allow it to be much. However, Light players are very skillful at seeing what is going on around them, and are known to be very perceptive. Light is all that is known, and simply all that is. Because of this, it is often associated with fortuity and fortuitous outcomes, as it deals with what is apparent, disclosed, and perceivable (similar to “playing with ones cards face up.”).
Oh, the Knight of Light, active exploitation class of the concepts of illumination and fortune. They will be overwhelmed with too much information to process, too many visible pieces of data. Also, they’ll probably be ridiculously rocky luck. As they develop into their fuller form, they’ll be able to weaponize this information, using the excess of information to drill into people, learning to use their shuffling luck to their advantage, and probably being able to weaponize literal light. The inverse, Rogue of Void, means that they’ll be capable of passively moving and shifting around the unknown information and misfortune to leave undiluted intel and fortune behind to exploit.
