The idea that eating clean is boring and without variety is absurd, usually when a client complains about the lack of variety in a clean eating plan, what they really mean is "I'm not allowed pizza?" "I can't eat a horrendous amount of bread?" "Where's the biscuits?" "what about Chinese food?" Part of the problem can sometimes be an inability to cook or get adventurous in the kitchen, which is why my nutrition plan comes with very simple easy to follow recipes, that rarely need more than one pan to prepare.
