Women get criticised a lot when they decide they don’t want to have kids. It’s not because they hate them, but it’s because they don’t see themselves as a mother in the future. There are a lot of reasons why many women decide that kids aren’t for them.

Things like this take a lot of time and if you really want kids than go for it, but many women who can’t have children and probably don’t even want children. Probably the last one is the woman you criticised for the decision not to have children probably had multiple miscarriages. They probably think that the world is telling them that being a mother isn’t their call and don’t want to go through with the pain.
