Needles would be looking like an actual child in the eyes of those who believe

Like you think the sims that are not the child that has the doll/imaginary friend would be freaked out by like, the door opening by itself. Or when the imaginary friend and the child are pillow fighting, and someone else sees a floating pillow hitting the kid.
