I finished the stat sheets last night but the ref sheets have been done for a while.

An outcast mermaid who exiled herself to the surface and now works as a banker and peacekeeper in the coastal town of Paradise Cove, situated at the base of a towering mountain. Although she assumes the form of a youthful girl, she has a considerable affinity with water and lightning magic… often blending the two together. Very few people know her full set of powers- including those attributed to her actual species- although leadership figures in the town acknowledge that she has them and make active attempts to tailor their tasks they give her so she’s comfortable with undertaking them. She’s rather closed off and stoic to people who seem like they’re out of town though. She’s seen too much, and she doesn’t feel like she’s ready to turn around and face her past yet.
