starrito: omgg im trying to decide if i wanna watch it or not
WATCH IT OMG. i don't wanna give a ton of stuff away, and the beginning is a bit cliche, but the animation is gorgeous, the storyline is so original and engaging, and the characters are so dynamic. They go through fantastic development (villains included). You can tell Jim is the hero, but most of the other characters are pretty gray; its hard to say who’s good and who’s bad because its just not that cut and dry. The writing and pacing is like perfect too. Every episode has its own formula so its like a movie in show form, and every episode moves the plot along too. Oh man, you should definitely check it out. I promise it does not disappoint.
