My dear friend Jeannean needs our prayers and help. I would call her one if not the first original Kaniac. I can’t begin to tell you how much she has done for me. From winning almost every poll I’ve been a part of through @ckvotepromote to being there in the off time when work was on hiatus. While I’m asking you to help, I’m in a position to remind a lot of you how her work and love brought many of us together. Sometimes in the world or genre that I’m in, some fans feel they don’t have a place to celebrate the characters we believe in or the characters we are. And Yes I’m talking about the fans. The places we go to be together. Most of the world doesn’t understand conventions or ComiCons. They think we are weird and strange and why would everybody get together for make believe? I wish one time they could see the unrelated families that thrive on acceptance and love and understanding when we come together. Jeannean helped provide this for so many and especially me. When she’s there like so many of you who know her and show up with her, I feel I’m not out of place. I feel I belong there. Wherever there is. I’m asking you, if you can give please give. If you can’t prayers and love go a very long way. I want to help my friend who has become my family. I love her as many of you do. Please help me show her.
