Rei Asterith, more commonly known by the alias of "Crimson," is the only being currently known to be able to absorb souls with no negative consequences. For this reason, he is not to be angered under any circumstances. To anger the Eternal King would be sealing the death of the entire universe at his hands. Great care should be taken during interactions, as he is highly volatile and capable of extreme destruction with little effort.

Despite existing before the birth of the omniverse, he is only known to have absorbed two souls in his existence, one of which being a fragment of a greater whole. The first belonged to [MALICE], with the second having an unknown identity. Any attempt to gather information on his past has been bluntly denied, and it has been clearly indicated that any further attempts shall be met with loss of contact.

He is believed to be the creator of all currently known deities, including being a precursor to [CHAOS]. All current threats to human existence are variants of him, and his elimination from all timelines is currently the most widely-researched scientific topic, with expectations of a Nobel Prize being given to the first person to create a weapon capable of killing him.

His appearance is incredibly inconsistent between viewers, with two people giving entirely different description despite being identical twins. This is considered to be a cognitive effect of his true form's incomprehensibility. What lies underneath the layer of appearance randomization is currently unknown to humanity.

His nature appears to be chaotic at best, with noteworthy attempts of cooperation followed shortly by wiping entire crews of men carelessly. He does not appear to value human life as a whole, however specific lives to seem to be valuable to him. He has been seen going to extreme lengths to protect other deities, even to the point of extincting entire multiverses.

Rei has been known to vanish suddenly from our reality on multiple occasions. While this most commonly results in an [APOCALYPSE EVENT], it can, on rare occasions, have no meaningful consequences. It's unknown where exactly he goes when he vanishes, but it's speculated to be some type of personal pocket dimension uninhabitable by humans without specific permission from him to enter.

Ohh, this would be SUCH a trainwreck (✿◡‿◡)

Or, well... this could go one of two ways, one of which would be a complete and utter mess.

The good timeline is that Skipper meets Avery while he's looking for a hookup, and they meet up, have a great time, and never see each other again.

The bad timeline is Skipper getting picked up in the ambulance, and Avery getting all fixated on him- inevitably leading to his kidnapping, stay in the facility, and eventual Happy Domestic Homelife 💕 Which! Would be a NIGHTMARE for the romance-averse Skipper, being doted on hand and foot, kissed and carried around because his ankles are still healing... Somehow I don't think any kind of captivity would go well for him, considering his history.

And yes... he'd eventually be subject to Stage III, which involves getting stuck with a syringe and cut with scalpels, and I'm not sure if being sedated would help alleviate the phobia response very much... 😬

Skipper becoming combatant, withdrawn, or irritable in Avery's completely voluntary company would gradually cause him to destabilize, since Avery wholly believes his beloved loves him too... the cognitive dissonance would chip away at his fragile psyche and greatly up the chances of a Stage V snap. Skipper, however, is hardly a mere human, so I wonder if he'd win out if that happened! 👀

Honestly I’m not sure if he’d ever even find out- a person like this would be safer than most from Stage V, and he injects you with anesthetic for cutting sessions anyway; though maybe he’d find out down the line during domestic life when his beloved cuts themselves cooking and is just like *shrugs*.

Juniper loves that shit. They’re not really smart enough to figure out how to access them on their own, but if someone showed them, they’d sit there watching it all day long. 

Avery facts:

a) Any and all blood from his beloved turns him on. 

b) He’d feel terrible and stop if he was Stage I-II; Stage III would get you gentle hushing, Stage IV would be embroiled in an internal battle because he knows it’s wrong but he wants more of those pretty cries, and Stage V.....

First off- never apologize for eagerly going through a creator’s works. That makes me SO happy, okay? I love it, and it gives me life. 💖💖💖

As for safewords... you’re absolutely right, Stage V gives zero fucks. He’s FAR beyond boring shit like morals at that point. 

Stage I-II Avery cares immensely and would stop a scene right away if you used a safeword, or even just said ‘stop’. He likes the traffic light system- red for hard stop, yellow to pause for water or fix something uncomfy, green to get back to play- and would go over it with you before anything got too serious. He thinks they’re very important, and if you brought them up first, he’d be happy to sit down and talk about it with you. 

(That is, once you’ve been brought home, of course. What happens at the facility... doesn’t count. You know.)

Stage IV is actively wrestling with the demon and even if he’s still aware enough to know that he should stop, it’s unlikely that he’ll be able to. The more you struggle and cry, the more you bleed, the less likely he is to be able to resist Stage V taking over.

Stage III is a tricky case. He can hear you, and he still technically cares about your consent.... sort of.... but he’s in a fugue state and isn’t able or willing to stop the session. Once he’s reached Stage III, cutting on you is essential and holding off will result in... worse things. His subconscious knows this, even if he doesn’t, and because of that, your pleas will go ignored.
