I just noticed something weird. In S1E3, Nancy has the book Descent from Xanadu in her locker, but it looks like that book was first published in 1984, and S1 is set in 1983. That seems like a very specific book to have in there, since it's not a textbook or anything. So why use an anachronistic title?

So you know how the show used cereal boxes like Cocoa Puffs, Life and Lucky Charms to hide little Easter eggs in s3?

I was rewatching the scene where El slams her door after talking to a lying Mike on the phone, with Hopper watching close-by from the kitchen, only to then celebrate triumphantly on his way to work. And that's when I noticed Hopper was eating cereal.

And so, does the cereal saga continue? I would say yes.

Because out of all the cereals they could have chosen, they chose the one with a frog for a mascot...
