The whole situation with Kylie Cantrall and Freya Skye makes me so sad and angry on their behalf. They were both proudly proclaiming their upcoming music were covers until about a week ago when the Jojo Siwa/karma drama came out and Disney decided to not mention that the songs were covers anymore in an attempt to get the same reaction (cause I guess they thought any publicity is good publicity?) then add it back once they got the reaction they wanted. Good on Kylie for not taking that bullshit but I’m so scared for Freya cause she’s just starting out and right off the bat THIS is what the people who are supposed to be building her career do? And the public has known about Disney’s control over their artists for a while now so for people to fall for this and blame Kylie and Freya makes me even angrier. These poor girls deserve so much better.
the biggest thing that gets me in the Freya situation is that Who Says is literally a song about bullying. like have these people even listened to the lyrics of this song they claim to love so much while they're harassing a child?????? and who's gonna tell them that two of Selena's first singles were also covers (Cruella de Vil and Magic)

Hmm, I don't know. I mean, there's no guarantee that it was the same person. They could have easily stolen someone's face along with people's fics to throw people off in another direction. (lesson to learn kids, don't use your actual face on the internet with strangers, okay?) We just don't really know.
What might have been the real reason were the mentions of lawyers getting involved. It was after someone mentioned having a lawyer in a review that they took down the fics that they stole from @chickensarentcheap.

Maybe it helped. Maybe it was a bunch of reasons or maybe they decided that playing the victim suited their need for attention more. If anything it might have all been a ploy so that the "stop being a dick" anons who make a frequent appearance have a new tactic to try to use against us because it seemed to be specific people they were stealing from.
Either way, if they leave us all alone, I'm happy to leave them alone. I have more important things to do.

how they’d be introduced: so in iyu’s (loosely planned) fic, she’s introduced in her own room and we get a look around at some of her stuff. in the show, she’d be introduced in the sports festival!!
who the fandom ships them with: besides iida, definitely mana, kichirou, and momo!!
why the fandom loves them: she challenges the constructs and ideas of hero culture in a really cool way that makes her a super interesting character. she also provides a bit of an edge we don’t get to see from most characters, and she’s a female character with a backstory!! different than the other female characters on that show kdnnfnk
why the fandom hates them: she’s a female character with a backstory <3 lksndknfklen no but she’s super opinionated, outspoken, and sometimes kind of bitchy. they’d think she’s rude.
what the cast relationship would be like: okay so there is no live action mha cast that im super comf with, but that being said in my world, i would pay to see yara shahidi (iyu) and jeremy shada (kichirou) being huge goofs on set oh my god. they would be so fucking funny tbh. and i know anna cathcart (mana) would fit right in too when they adopt her as a little sister. i think they’d all be really close!!
what was their audition scene: there’s a scene where iyu makes a big speech to iida about hero culture and privilege and power and THAT. that would be iconic.
dependent upon the fandom, who they’d be on a press tour/at comic con with: i mean probably live action iida/momo, but also jeremy and anna for sure. those three would be together all the time tbh
if they spoil things: nah; yara’s really professional. she would take so much care of iyu’s story and be careful with what she says about her.
if the show/movie has ended, are they happy with their character’s ending and the ending at large: mha hasn’t ended yet, but i would kill for iyu, so i would hope so!!

hi, thank you sm! i’m not sure which part you’re talking about but, i have a post abt some of how i color my gifs on my main blog. if you’re also referring to the stars stuff, i used these brushes , as well as just a simple star png, and then messed with opacity, and did gradient overlay for some! for the text, i did warp text and gradients as well. i can try to answer other questions if needed, hope that helps!
Danny involuntarily changes forms when the other is injured as a way of protecting himself from otherwise extreme or fatal damage. He used to think the default was to go to Fenton, but really it was just because he’s never been hurt enough as Fenton to turn back to Phantom. One day, that changes.
