How long have you been practicing yoga? I've been practicing on and off for a while now but recently i've been doing it regularly and i've noticed progress but i always get disheartened because i cant to arm balances for the life of me!! Should i just keep practicing? xx
Hi ! I have been practicing since May 2012, but more random stuff than real flow. In October I took my practice more seriously and began to practice everyday.
But you don’t need to do an hour a day to see progress. If you already progressed, it’s cool ! Don’t give up, it takes patience to get there and don’t stop trying if you love yoga. Don’t rush.
You’ll be able to do an arm balance when your body will be ready ! You need arm, shoulder and core strenght and balance.
So yeah keep practicing ! Don’t hesitate to ask me if you need something !
