T H U R S D A Y T H O U G H T S π Be proud of how far youβve come. No matter what it is that youβre going through, please praise yourself on those steps forward. You may not realize that youβre moving forward but you are. Every bit counts. You donβt have to be making major changes in your life to beΒ creating change. Today, during my 5am workout, I thought to myself, βI have so much more work ahead of me in order to reach my goal.β & for a split second, I felt defeated π so right away, i (consciously) had to turn my thoughts around and told myself, βI have made such incredible progress & if I never made another change again, I would still be so happy & content.β I then reminded myself instead of looking at βwhat else needs to be doneβ I need to start appreciating all the hard work and time Iβve invested to get to where I am in the present (even if i know thereβs still room for improvement).
